Holiday- Orange Pale Makeup

Hellloooo Everyone!! Few days ago Korea had their Independence day Holiday in 15 August. Quite similar to Indonesia, is'nt it? But the difference in this year Independence Day Holiday is, Korea got their ID holiday in Friday while in Indonesia you got it in Sunday XD hihihihi *I'm sorry to be a little annoying xp* . I got a rest from my work at Wonjin Plastic Surgery, I finally went out, go away from Kangnam *bored*!!!!!! Fiiuuuhh I really need some recreation. T__T

 

Finally I got my free time for 3 days, and I decided to hang out with my friend. So, so so.. It's time to use my lovely makeup babes to complete mty look for this holiday. I really miss to have some "heavy" makeup on me. In office we cannot use too much makeup right? TTTT__TTTT *cry cry cry*. 

And for my short recreation, I got my

That day the weather was sunny and sunlight was really strong. So I guees, I will go with orange, yellow, brown based color for my makeup~

(I mix them to glow my skin)

 Lips
3ce Lip Laquer #Bon Bon *POINT*

This Makeup is really easly to do. Just apply foundation (I added shimmer base) and coral blush slightly circling your front cheek bones. Use Light color Eyebrow mascara.

And For Eye Make up

Gold pearl Shadow as base color on all your lids, Brown color on your double eyelids and under Eye.
Draw black eyeliner down and brown under eyeliner longer than your eye's size *POINT*
(make your eyes get the mellow look)
Put natural black False Eyelashes

Last not but least, apply orange pale lip color to complete your look >O<

Yooohoooooo~~ Now I'm ready to go with my friends!! XD

Now, today, I already on my work again but that's oke, I'm ready for all the things *fire*!! I will wait for my next Chuseok, 추석, Holiday to spend it with my friends in Busan >O<.

REVIEW: Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation SPF 15 PA+

Hello Readers~~ ^^

Today's product has been in wishlist for long time. And finally I got it!!!! *It's been a long long journey T__T*

Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation SPF 15 PA+

This product is my first Bobbi Brown item. I'm so excited to have it since Bobbi Brown is really really famous brand all over the world >O<. till I bought this product,In Jakarta there are only two Bobbi Brown stores. One is in Pacific Place and the other one is in  Plaza Senanyan. I bought this one in Pacific Place and believe me guys, Bobbi Brown in Indonesia is really affordable (at least rather than Korea or Hongkong)

Before I bought it, I went to a department store in Korea where all the high-end brands gather and did my little "experiment" haha. I tested so many foundations from many brands, Lancome, Mac, Benefit, Dior, Shu Uemura, YSL, etc etc. Even though I just tested them on my hand but it quite help me to find the best. And My choice is in this Bobbi Brown skin foundation ^^

Water-based foundation, instantly hydrates your skin

I took Sand no.2

I bought it in Indonesia for Rp. 580.000 (~$49). It was such a good price rather than I have to buy it in Korea for 75.000w (~$74), so much expensive. 

I love its black packaging, so simple yet luxurious. 

 It has light and thin texture (more like water than cream)

After I applied it on my hand. Like applying nothing beside it covers my vein haha

Let's apply some to my face >O<

My bare skin, some redness and pores.

I applied Bobbi Brown skin foundation with my foundation brush.

After foundation, semi matte result

Just like its name "skin foundation", It makes your skin like wears nothing.

When I tested some of the other high-end products like MAC or Make Up Forever, it really gives me the feeling of wearing such a thick makeup. The texture is thicker and for MAC I don't like the smell (like crayon smell T__T). And I feel like I wanna have some "show" wearing that thick face makeup. Seems like I got that feeling because as I know MAC or Makeup forever are professional makeup brand, especially Makeup Forever is kind of for theatrical use. While, Bobbi Brown is more like luxurious Makeup brand rather than professional. I personally love this Bobbi Brown foundation more for my daily usage, not too thick but yet has a really good quality. 

I totally love this foundation! The time I applied it to my face I found it really light but the coverage is really good. It covers perfectly my redness and pores. I got the "porcelain" skin even without using any concealer. >O<

And what I really love about this product is that It's long last result is really amazing!!! I hate touching up my makeup (just found it a little bothersome) and my skin type is not an oily type so usually I go for 12 hours with my makeup and then they start becoming oily. But I've once used this Bobbi Brown skin Foundation in my flight back to Korea and It lasted for 20 hours, no touch up. TT__TT *touched* 
No caked face, no excessive oil, and my makeup was still there.   

For the hydrating result one, Hmmmm I think if I compare it to my other Hydrating Korean foundation, this one not really gives me that feeling. You know Korean makeup is really crazy about moisturizing skin (촉촉한 피부) till you get the glow skin. But that's totally OK! Sometimes even me, dewy makeup freak, want a light semi matte face. ^^

Totally love this Bobbi Brown Foundation!!! Besides the price I think a bit pricey for me, I really have nothing to say about this foundation *If only I could try another Bobbi Brown face products T__T*

REVIEW: Benefit Feelin' Cheeky!

I'm back with my new Review post today. That is~~~~

Benefit Feelin' Cheeky

Since Benefit is really famous for its tint collection (like all beauty lovers use it), I really wanted to try Bene tint. But the price is not really friendly for me T__T. One day I saw online that Benefit launch its new minis kit and I got excited!!! Finally I got the chance to try the famous rose tint in a friendlier price.

Let's take a look on the inside!

Compared to credit card size 

 It consists of Posie Tint (pink tint), High Beam (highlighter) and Bene tint (red tint), 4ml for each. You can get this cute minies in Sephora for $15. Actually at first I just wanted to try Bene tint but I saw this minis and Waaaaaw nothing wrong to try the three of them at once. No doubt, I order it!! Haha

I bought it at Lotte Online Shopping Mall in Korea. And they kind of had a promotion for this Feelin' Cheeky Kit. Every purchase of this products will get a freebies which is...

How to use it

Yap Yap Yap I'm so happy to have it >O<. Among 4 Benefit tints, I have 3 of it and now the Cha Cha tint remains (wait for me! Hihi). 

Ok~ It's time to use these minis. Here I go!!

This tints really have a soft colors. The texture is like water and right after you apply it on your lips, you won't get the feeling like you are using lip color on your lips. And the result, It's like you have that lip color from the start. So natural. And also I saw many people use the tint for blusher also but I won't do that (too precious for me haha)

For daily use this tint is really really good. It gives you a very natural look. But If you want others to notice your beautiful lip makeup more, I don't think this tint is the choice. Even if you apply it more, the color is still too soft. And It's not really good to moisturize your lips. Some people like to have moisturizing lip colors to prevent the lips from cracking and ruin your lip Makeup. This tint is really like water and I didn't feel It moisturized my lips T_T

Next is the High Beam Highlighter.

Wow Wow this is nice~

I love this minis! It's really cute and pretty. I prefer to have minies kit like this one rather than buy the real size one. Besides It is ,of course, more expensive, you actually need a long long time to use all one lip product (Bet you have plenty of lip products XP). So minis is the right choice. You got the stuffs in a cheaper price and you can try on some the other stuffs at once. ^^
